次佳解决方法
只是为了记录(因为有些人会绊倒…)上面的99Translations文件将导致barf – 删除“Packages：*”行 – 只需一行即可：
Acquire::Languages "none";

第三种解决方法
启用管道传输以批处理这些请求，这要快得多：
Acquire::http { Pipeline-Depth "200"; }
但根据我的经验，它可能导致下载中断; http错误代码似乎是级联或其他东西。如果您正在与apt-cacher-ng(镜像模式或代理模式)通话，那么它应该足够安全。否则，如果你的镜像坏了，请准备好禁用它。
我建议不要将语言设置为none，因为它会破坏apt-cache search(无意味着没有，当有用的搜索需要至少一种语言的描述时)。 locale-based默认包含不必要的区域变体，但是类似这样的：
Acquire::Languages { "fr"; "en"; };
