我遇到了同样的问题。要解决此问题，只需删除.steam/steam/appcache目录。您可以从终端执行此操作：
rm -Rf ~/.steam/steam/appcache
每次要启动蒸汽时都必须运行此程序，直到Valve解决此问题。
